The course is open for all medical staff involved in the response to a major incident: Physicians and administrators on command- and coordination level, physicians and nurses with functions on scene and on all positions in the hospital, prehospital staff as paramedics and ambulance staff . With regard to hospital staff, MRMI-courses with focus on trauma are especially recommended for staff in emergency departments and all surgical, orthopedic and anesthesiologic disciplines and of course also staff in administrative and coordinating functions.

Applicants have to indicate their preferred positions for training, and selection of participants may be partially based on this. It is also good to indicate alternative positions if the preferred positions already are covered.

Members of societies organizing the course get a discount on the registration fee.
